- undersleeping can cause stress and strengthen depression and anxiety symptoms
- if you need to- REST
- know that sleep does not make you lazy or unproductive, you brain can only do so much with out it
- it you dont sleep - you CAN DIE - Its unlikely but it can happen and it will make you live shorter
- EXCERCSE -it dosent have to be on the Rock's statuse, but even some light streching can do wonders for you
- go outside and breath - you dont even have to do anything- just breathe in the fresh air
- enjoy nature with friends
- take in the natral scenes - nature naturally (duh) releaves stress from greenery
- dont be afraid to just be outside
- Surround yourself with helpful and supportive people
- your relationships matter ( when healthy , if not...leave them dawg)
- Know that the poeple around you do not define you
- do not let the people around you determine your worth as a person
