At the start of my mission to understand what joy is and how to achieve over all well-being, i needed to create my own guidelines for research. This is where is started with my own questions to set up the structure for my prodject:

- How dose culture play a party in health?
- How does race/gender/sexual orientation affect public views/ social norms?

- What are the dangers of not sleeping?

- What can the outside do for mental health?
- What benifits do you gain (Physically) from going outside?
