- Walk to activiites like work or a game
- make exercise fun
- do fun things like going to the mall or going to an amusement park
- Make sure to keep a balaced diet
- Eating fast food isnt bad- just when its eaten often
- trying you best to stay away from processed foods
- CAFFIENE IS NOT GOOD ( for your brain at least)
- make decent choices when you treat yourself
- Engaging in activities like yoga not only lower stress, but can my you physically stronger and more flexible
- Get out and active in school
- Take time to walk outside
- go and just enjoy the outside without technology- see how quites and or loud it can be naturaly
- take a rest day- I know you need it :)
